The Wisdom of Zombies

When four strangers are brought together for a management training program they have no idea what to expect. They are all at the beginning of their leadership careers, but in very different places in life. Can they work together to combine their theoretical and practical knowledge and survive this radical training?

Author Michael Allen has spent more than a decade developing leaders of all backgrounds into many roles, and has also read many leadership books. Finding the books to be rather bland, he decided to take a more story-driven approach. This novel will be geared towards newer leaders and incorporate the experience Michael has gained from working with these leaders in the field.
